**Deli Manager**
The Deli Manager plays a crucial role in directing the daily functions, monitoring staff effectiveness, and managing the financial aspects of the Deli and Buffet sections. This position is dedicated to maintaining exceptional food quality, hygiene standards, and customer service, as well as overseeing the recruitment and training processes for team members. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree accompanied by 5 years in food and beverage management. A ServSafe certification and the capability to fulfill gaming license prerequisites are essential.
