Job description
**Deli Supervisor**
In the role of Deli Supervisor, you will lead and direct team members to deliver high-quality food services and outstanding experiences for our guests, all while upholding operational excellence. Your duties will include managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory management, controlling labor costs, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols as well as casino regulations. To qualify for this position, applicants should have an associate degree or a minimum of two years of pertinent experience in the food service industry. A valid ServSafe certification is mandatory, and candidates must also fulfill Tribal-State compact gaming requirements.
