**Job Title: Private Mortgage Banker**
The Private Mortgage Banker plays a key role in initiating residential mortgage applications, generating high-value jumbo loans, and establishing connections with high-net-worth clients and professional referral partners. This position entails evaluating financial information, recommending suitable loan options, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and organizational guidelines. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Mortgage Banking Sales or similar training and education. Additionally, SAFE registration is mandatory, along with meeting all qualifications as stipulated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for Loan Originators.
