Job Summary
The Demand Writer is responsible for creating compelling demand packages by analyzing medical records and case documents to aid in settlement negotiations. This role entails consistent communication with clients and efficient management of case files within the firm’s customer relationship management system.
Responsibilities
- Draft persuasive demand packages by thoroughly reviewing relevant medical records and case files.
- Facilitate settlement efforts through well-structured documentation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Manage and organize case documentation utilizing the firm’s CRM effectively.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance claims, legal support, or professional writing.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle case documentation efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
