The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting patients as they explore various treatment options and grasp the benefits of the proposed care. This position involves managing appointment schedules and fostering enduring relationships with patients to contribute to the practice’s growth. The perfect candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent sales abilities, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Although prior dental experience is not mandatory, having a background in front desk operations or dental assisting is advantageous.
