Provide operational support across deposit functions by handling service requests, reviewing reports, processing transactions, and assisting with deadlines and special projects. Monitor and administer retirement, brokered CD, control agreement, escrow, and unclaimed property activities while validating data and following procedures to maintain accuracy, compliance, and risk controls. Requires at least three years of bank operations experience, preferably across multiple deposit functions, and a strong understanding of banking systems, transaction processing, and compliance protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
