**Job Title: Deputy Marshal**
The Deputy Marshal is tasked with ensuring the safety and security of the Elmore County Courthouse. This role encompasses duties such as acting as a bailiff in courtrooms, overseeing the transport of prisoners, and conducting public screenings. Additionally, the Deputy Marshal is responsible for serving legal documents, supervising jury activities, and upholding decorum during court sessions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the capability to successfully pass a background examination and firearms qualifications.
