**Job Title: Deputy Superintendent**
The Deputy Superintendent is responsible for the management of daily activities, care, and supervision of youth at the training school facility. This position entails supervising staff, executing treatment and educational initiatives, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality regulations. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related Behavioral Science field, along with substantial administrative experience within a juvenile correctional environment. The role necessitates excellent leadership skills and a comprehensive knowledge of residential management practices and correctional care strategies.
