Job description
**Job Title: West Coast Security Operations Lead**
Take charge of security operations on the West Coast by supervising a mixed workforce and directing the security strategy, key performance indicators, and budget management. Serve as the main escalation contact for security issues and work alongside various departments to maintain high operational standards. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the security sector, with at least 5 years in a corporate security leadership role. A strong knowledge of physical security practices is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience.
