Job Summary
The role involves the design of both overhead and underground electric distribution systems while engaging with utility engineers and various project stakeholders. This position is critical in ensuring the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications for equipment, and comprehensive construction documentation to enhance service reliability and accommodate system expansion.
Responsibilities
- Design overhead and underground electric distribution facilities.
- Collaborate with utility engineers and project stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop construction documentation to support system reliability.
- Contribute to system growth and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Lubbock, TX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Utility design experience is preferred.
