Job Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support operations primarily during Eastern Time Zone hours (7am – 3pm ET). This role will focus on enhancing our infrastructure and services, enhancing deployment processes, and maintaining system functionalities in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure including services like IAM, VPC/networking, EC2, S3, and EKS or ECS.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of various deployment systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable service operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with automated deployment tools and practices.
- Familiarity with building agentic systems is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
