Job Summary
The role of the DevOps Engineer involves developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline the integration and deployment process. This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and operates on an onsite basis, making it essential for candidates to have substantial knowledge of cloud services and observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
- Utilize AWS services effectively, including VPC, IAM, EC2, MSK, and EKS node groups.
- Implement and leverage observability platforms like Datadog, Dynatrace, or comparable tools to monitor system performance.
- Collaborate within Agile and sprint-focused engineering teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of AWS services and their functionalities.
- Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Proficiency in utilizing observability tools to enhance system visibility and monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team workflows.
