**Job Title: Diagnostic Technician**
The Diagnostic Technician will oversee service technicians in the assessment and repair of diesel engines, ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients. This role includes the management of repair orders, upkeep of precise documentation, and effective communication with customers about the progress of repairs and cost estimations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a service technician, with prior lead or supervisory experience regarded as advantageous. Strong skills in communication, organization, and computer proficiency are essential, alongside knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
