Delivers personalized customer service for meal preparation while adhering to patients’ dietary and nutritional guidelines. Aids in communication across various healthcare teams and utilizes computer software to confirm diet orders and ensure data integrity. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in healthcare food service or customer service, along with proficiency in computer applications. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, while additional post-secondary education is favored.
