The role of the Dietary Aide involves the preparation and serving of meals to residents, all while upholding the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety. This position requires engaging positively with both residents and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid ServSafe or Food Handler certification. Although prior experience in food service is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
