Job Summary
The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in the preparation and serving of meals to residents. This position upholds kitchen cleanliness and adheres to food safety protocols, ensuring a safe dining experience. Additionally, the Dietary Aide enhances the quality of service through engaging and positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents with attention to dietary needs.
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and ensure food safety compliance.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to foster excellent customer service.
- Assist with kitchen operations and support team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen setting.
