The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents in a long-term care facility while maintaining kitchen sanitation. They must also interact positively with residents and staff to ensure a high quality of service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a current ServSafe or Food Handler certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
