**Job Title: Dietary Specialist**
The Dietary Specialist is responsible for overseeing patient nutrition, which includes processing diet orders, aiding in menu choices, and preparing meals. Additionally, this role encompasses various operational tasks such as handling cashier duties, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that records are kept accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role. Previous experience in food service or a similar area is desirable.
