Provide clinical nutrition assessments, recommendations, care plan updates, resident monitoring, and nutrition education for long-term care and rehabilitation residents. Collaborate with care teams, participate in care planning, conduct food safety and nutrition quality audits, address concerns, and submit visit summaries and invoices. Requires an RD/RDN credential in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and an active Arizona state license. Candidates must maintain professional liability insurance, have reliable transportation, and work as independent contractors.
