**Dining Room Supervisor**
The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for managing everyday dining services, leading the service staff, and upholding exceptional cleanliness and satisfaction levels among residents. This role includes tasks such as creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The successful candidate will possess solid managerial experience within the dining or hospitality industry, ideally in a senior living context. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration is highly desirable, coupled with strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of food safety standards.
