The Dining Server plays a critical role in providing exceptional service to guests in a dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink options.
- Monitor guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
