Job description
**Director of Global Product Management and Marketing**
The Director of Global Product Management and Marketing will spearhead the development and management of product and marketing teams to advance global product strategy and enhance portfolio expansion. This role involves ensuring that product roadmaps are in sync with corporate goals while promoting collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations departments. Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive experience in product management within industrial or manufacturing sectors, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA or other advanced degrees, as well as experience in global, matrix-based organizations.
