**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver personal care and aid in daily living tasks while observing and reporting on clients’ health and behavioral changes. Work in partnership with healthcare professionals to execute care plans and facilitate clients’ participation in social and recreational activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or its equivalent along with current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication skills are essential, and applicants should be prepared to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
