**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional will offer personal care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities across different community and home environments. Key responsibilities include executing behavior plans and aiding individuals in personal care, enhancing communication, and developing social skills. Applicants need to be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid driver’s license. A minimum of six months’ experience in direct care with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential, and candidates must be able to obtain DSP and RBT certifications.
