**Job Title: Resident Care Assistant**
Deliver personalized care and assistance to residents facing intricate physical, medical, and cognitive difficulties. Ensure a secure atmosphere while supporting daily activities, managing medication, and facilitating social interactions. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The role requires the ability to lift and transfer individuals, and candidates must successfully complete background checks, physical exams, and drug screenings.
