**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for delivering personalized care and assistance to residents facing a range of complex physical, medical, and intellectual disabilities. Key duties involve supporting daily living tasks, executing tailored care programs, and ensuring a secure and healthy living environment. Prospective candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation. Furthermore, applicants must successfully complete background checks, physical examinations, and drug tests, as well as finish two weeks of essential training.
