Job description
**Director of Clinical Pharmacology**
The Director will oversee clinical pharmacology along with modeling and simulation tactics for oncology development initiatives aimed at enhancing dose selection and optimizing trial efficiency. This role involves working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to apply innovative approaches, including AI and machine learning, and serving as the company’s representative in discussions with regulatory bodies. Ideal candidates will possess a PhD in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, or a related field within Life Sciences, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in the industry. A strong command of pharmacometric software such as NONMEM or R, along with a solid background in mechanistic pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics and longitudinal disease modeling, is essential.
