**Director of AI-Ready Data Foundation**
The Director of AI-Ready Data Foundation will spearhead the creation of a robust data infrastructure aimed at supporting analytics and AI initiatives. This individual will collaborate with diverse teams to guarantee that data is reliable, well-governed, and easily accessible for analytical purposes. Key responsibilities include establishing data management protocols, developing stewardship frameworks, and implementing data contracts that facilitate scalable AI integration. Applicants should bring over 10 years of experience in data management, architecture, or governance, preferably within the financial services or asset management industries. A deep understanding of contemporary cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, knowledge of data governance frameworks, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior leadership are essential prerequisites for this role.
