Job Summary
The role involves guiding and developing a team of DevOps engineers while defining the technical strategy for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools. A key aspect of this position is ensuring the reliability and security of the platform through the implementation of observability measures and automated compliance protocols throughout the software delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers, focusing on their growth and development.
- Define and shape the technical strategy for CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling.
- Implement observability practices to enhance platform reliability and security.
- Establish automated compliance guardrails across the software delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code practices.
