Job Summary
The Director of Early Development in Clinical Science will play a critical role in leading and overseeing early-stage clinical trials to ensure the advancement of innovative therapies. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the viability of clinical programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of early clinical development programs.
- Collaborate with research, regulatory, and operational teams to design and conduct clinical studies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Evaluate and interpret clinical data to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, specifically in early development.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
