Job description
**Director**
The Director will oversee cross-disciplinary study teams in the formulation of early development clinical strategies, study frameworks, and critical clinical documentation. This role is essential in fostering operational excellence, analyzing clinical data, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to uphold scientific integrity. Candidates should possess an advanced degree in a relevant scientific field, such as PharmD, MD, or PhD, along with a minimum of 10 years in clinical development within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, at least 8 years of leadership experience in managing clinical trials is required, as well as a strong proficiency in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory standards.
