Job description
**Director**
The Director is responsible for guiding the regulatory research, creating policy strategies, and establishing compliance systems for the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission. This position also entails overseeing administrative hearings and providing strategic advice to leadership regarding legislative changes and the latest advancements in gaming technologies. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of experience in legal or regulatory roles within tribal or governmental organizations. A Juris Doctorate or Master’s degree is highly desirable, along with at least seven years of supervisory experience and a strong understanding of IGRA and MICS/TICS standards.
