Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for guiding the HR team and acting as a proactive consultant to organizational leadership to facilitate growth. This role encompasses critical functions within human resources to ensure effective management of personnel-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team in various initiatives to foster organizational development.
- Act as an advisor to leadership on HR matters to support company growth.
- Oversee the processes of talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll operations and benefits administration effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading HR operations, teams, or significant HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification such as SHRM or PHR is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop systems and provide coaching for managers.
