Job Summary
The IT Director is tasked with supervising the organization’s technological infrastructure, managing all IT operations and security measures, and providing leadership to the IT department. This role is critical for formulating and implementing the IT strategy while ensuring that technological initiatives are in sync with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and operations.
- Lead the IT department and manage all related staff.
- Develop and execute IT strategy to align with business goals.
- Handle budgeting related to IT initiatives and operations.
- Ensure security protocols are effectively implemented and maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is advantageous.
