**Job Title: Director of Medicaid Proposals**
The Director is responsible for overseeing the enterprise proposal team in crafting and submitting high-quality, compliant Medicaid proposals aimed at driving organizational growth. This position manages the complete proposal lifecycle and collaborates with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment of strategies with enterprise objectives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years of experience in leading Medicaid or government-sponsored healthcare procurements. Essential skills include strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of Medicaid policies and procurement strategies.
