Job description
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for strategizing, organizing, and overseeing the comprehensive operations of home health and hospice services, while adhering to all applicable federal and state regulations. This role involves assessing nursing staffing requirements and offering clinical guidance to inspire and develop the team. Applicants must possess a valid RN license in Idaho and have a minimum of two years of leadership experience. A two-year degree is necessary, with preference given to those with a background in home health or hospice settings.
