The Director will oversee the plumbing and mechanical division by formulating sales strategies, managing financial plans, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role also involves fostering a culture of safety, guiding team members through mentorship, and sustaining robust relationships with clients. Applicants must possess an active, non-restricted master plumber’s license and a conditioned air license in Georgia. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 5 years of experience in industrial project management is mandatory, alongside OSHA 30 certification.
