**Director of Finance**
The Director of Finance oversees the complete financial operations of the hotel, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities. This role involves ensuring adherence to internal controls, legal regulations, and brand standards, while also assisting the General Manager in protecting the hotel’s assets. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, ideally within the hospitality sector. Essential skills include proficiency in hotel management systems, Microsoft Office, and financial planning tools, alongside excellent leadership and communication abilities.
