Job Summary
The Director of Internal Accounting and Reporting will lead the efforts in gathering and documenting financial data for more than 60 corporate entities while supervising the accounting team. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing precise financial reports, preparing budgets, monitoring compliance with debt covenants, and executing internal control measures.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collection and recording of financial information for corporate entities.
- Oversee the accounting staff to ensure effective operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets.
- Monitor compliance with debt obligations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and reporting.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems and GAAP.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- CPA certification is preferred.
