**Director of Operations**
The Director of Operations is responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies across all locations to foster company expansion, profitability, and scalability. This position manages production, logistics, inventory, and customer service, while promoting ongoing improvements and a high-performance culture. Ideal candidates will possess 7-10 years of advancing leadership experience in operations within multi-site or manufacturing settings. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area is preferred.
