Job Summary
The Director is responsible for shaping and steering the long-term vision of the Revenue Cycle Management platform and the Personal Care applications, ensuring positive business outcomes. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to enhance modernization through API-first approaches, automation, and AI/ML-driven experiences, while consistently aligning with the strategic priorities of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product vision for the Revenue Cycle Management platform and Personal Care applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative product solutions that leverage API technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with overarching company objectives.
- Drive modernization efforts in the product to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years specializing in data platforms, APIs, or interoperability within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Strong technical fluency to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
