**Job Title: Director of Product**
The Director of Product will spearhead the management and development of product lines covering headwear, apparel, and accessories, guiding the entire process from initial concept through to market launch. This role includes overseeing a product team and working in partnership with various cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with brand standards, achievement of financial objectives, and delivery of top-quality products. Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product line management or development specifically in the apparel or headwear sectors. A strong foundation in product construction, materials, and commercial strategy is essential, coupled with demonstrated leadership abilities.
