Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for directing and overseeing the rehabilitation department. This role focuses on delivering superior patient care while achieving financial objectives and adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise staff within the rehabilitation department.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation practices are followed.
- Facilitate effective communication with the administration of the facility.
Qualifications
- A degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology is required for therapists.
- Rehab Technicians must possess at least a high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years of pertinent experience is necessary.
- A valid state license is required for therapist positions.
