Job description
**Job Title: Director of Supply Chain**
In this role, the Director of Supply Chain will lead the transition to a national third-party logistics (3PL) network, oversee relationships with manufacturing partners, and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols. The position encompasses responsibility for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely launch schedules, all while developing the company’s supply chain framework. Candidates should possess 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management or operations relating to physical consumer goods, with direct involvement in manufacturing processes and 3PL transitions. A strong background in establishing quality control systems, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing landed-cost models is essential.
