Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts while setting standards for analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and optimization across People Technology. Own the HR technology vision and roadmap, partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and drive process improvement, automation, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies. Requires proven experience leading and developing Business Systems or HRIS analysts, deep business analysis expertise, and strong knowledge of enterprise HR technology and HR processes. Requires experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow, SaaS architecture and integrations, data quality, multi-year roadmap delivery, and strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
