Job Summary
The Director plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing the agenda for operational excellence within the pharmacy sector. This includes overseeing cross-departmental programs and enhancing vendor capabilities. Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare or business operations.
- At least 7 years of specific expertise in managed care or pharmacy operations.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
- Strong ability in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements effectively.
