**Director**
The Director plays a key role in bringing the creative vision of the writers to life in completed programs, while effectively leading the production team. Key responsibilities include managing technical needs, adhering to budgets and timelines, and overseeing the recruitment of cast and crew members. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in cinematography, film studies, or a similar discipline. A demonstrated history as a director, coupled with a robust portfolio and proficient understanding of production tools and software, is essential.
