Job Summary
The Food and Nutrition Associate is responsible for preparing, portioning, and serving food to patients and for retail services, upholding exceptional standards in food safety and hygiene. This position also entails the use of commercial dishwashing machinery, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and orderly.
