**DMC Project Manager**
The DMC Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive execution of modular building initiatives, overseeing timelines, budgets, procurement activities, and collaboration across various teams. They act as the main onsite liaison during key construction phases, ensuring effective communication of project developments to all stakeholders. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline, coupled with 4–8 years of pertinent experience. Essential skills include proficiency in project management software, advanced Excel modeling capabilities, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
