Job description

The position of Docketing Clerk involves determining and scheduling procedural deadlines, submitting court documents, and overseeing the litigation calendar for the firm. The role also includes advising attorneys on court regulations, communicating with court officials, and overseeing case files within the firm’s integrated docketing system. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and one to two years of pertinent experience in a law firm’s docketing department. Competence in rules-based docketing software, electronic filing platforms, and familiarity with both federal and state court regulations is essential.
