Job description
The Assistant Manager is tasked with supervising daily operational shifts, which encompass managing costs and inventory, handling cash transactions, and fostering customer relationships. This role involves guiding the team towards achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and standards of cleanliness. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle that is insured for delivery responsibilities. Physical requirements include the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, remain on their feet for extended periods, and successfully complete a criminal background check.
